What is the use of a super dimming module

The super dimming module can be used to control DIM, CT, and RGB lights via DALI or Bluetooth, supporting individual, group, and scene-based lighting control.

Installation and Wiring

1. Power Off: Always turn off the power before connecting or releasing wires to prevent damage or injury .
2. Wire Connection: Use single-strand or thin multi-strand wires with insulated ferrules. Insert wires parallel to the terminal and push until locked. Avoid wires that are too thick, as they can damage terminals .
3. Wire Release: Press and hold the button on top of the terminal and gently pull the wire out .
4. DALI Bus Connection: Connect the module to the DALI bus power supply and ensure proper wiring according to the wiring diagram.

Device Setup

1. App Selection: Open the controlling app, select “Smart module” → “Super dimming module” .
2. Bluetooth Pairing: Ensure the device is not connected to the network, then click “Search via Bluetooth” and follow prompts to add the device .
3. Address Configuration: Confirm that DALI driver addresses are unique. Turn on the drivers and click “Search address” to assign addresses successfully .

Control Methods

• DALI Address Control: In the app's Groups & Addresses interface, select individual address cards (0–63) to control each light separately .
• DALI Group Control: Assign lights to groups (0–15) via the Manage the addresses of group lights option. This allows simultaneous control of multiple lights .
• DALI Scene Control: In the DALI scenes interface, configure up to 64 lights and 16 groups as actions. Save and edit actions via long-press or the settings page for quick adjustments .
